Company's Open Day Success!

When Findlay Irvine opened their doors on Saturday there was no real understanding of what to expect! What we got was almost four hundred visitors. Penicuik Pipe Band opened the day marching through the streets of Penicuik before arriving at Findlay Irvine. The visitors were young and old, current staff, ex staff, their children, grandchildren, neighbours and friends. Displays were not limited to current equipment but included most products that the company has ever manufactured from Greenhouse heaters to GripTesters, demonstrations of our machine shop facilities were also on offer and electronic projects for the children. A few adults were also spotted building the electronic projects but there secrets are safe with us. Bacon rolls, burgers and ice cream were enjoyed by all before the Pipe Band returned to bring an end to the day.Many friendships were renewed and everyone left with a grin on their face
